    As someone who's never played any games in the franchise before, where do I start?

    I just got a ps4 and psnow and see metal gear HD collection, mgs4, mg rising, mgs5 phantom pain and mgs5 ground zero, I have no idea where to start, any suggestions?

    What is it the guards/radio control say right after evasion mode when the radar returns to normal? I've never been able to decipher it since being 9 years old - it just sounds like a noise to me now, but know they're saying something.

    Help with snake eater, can't get near enough to grab enemies, hd remake, PS4,

    I'm trying to sneak up behind an enemy in the beginning to grab him or knock him out silently, but every time I get close to their back they immediately notice me.

    Normal difficulty

    This is in the very beginning when you first make contact with the soldiers. I noticed they said to just sneak through, and not make any contact, but I wanted to get some practice in because I remember having trouble with this game when I was a kid. so is stealth takedown locked out at this point? Or am I just not doing something right? Is the streaming quality affecting my ability to only lightly press the analog stick? Using a brand name PS4 controller, not a off brand.

    Can MGS3 be completed without pressure sensitive buttons?

    I have just finished MGS2 on Playstation Now with an xbox one controller on PC (long story, dont even ask..), and I didnt have any problem because of the controller.

    However I read that in MGS3 pressure sensitive controls play a bigger role. Can the game be completed without them? Are there any points where they are necessary to continue?

    And what about the later titles?

    I remember beating It with my cousin as kids, then again on my PSP in college. But I'm fighting Vulcan Raven in the tank and I keep dying. Using chaff grenades, then regular grenades, but I keep getting annihilated.

    I've never beat MGS 2 or 3 (only watched them get played by the aforementioned cousin) so I'm debating skipping MGS to move on to part 2.

    Has it always been this hard?
