    Funny story. I just finished MGR for the first time last night and I only figured out how to parry properly by the time I reached the Sam Bossfight. Great game though, definitely deserves a sequel.

    Sons of liberty Vamp was one of the best villains in the series

    From his introduction to his defeat the Vamp was a quality villain. Raiden walking into a massacre was a scene straight of a horror movie and was the perfect way to be introduced to dead cell. I liked his dedication to Fortune and Commander Jackson and how he was down for the cause since dead cell was thrown under the bus. His use of knives, unorthodox agility, and speed also made him unique. He was totally downgraded in guns of the patriots and I wish he had stayed dead as a Sons of Liberty exclusive character.

    Hey guys!

    So I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to ask this but I'll just go ahead and do so. I'm currently playing through Metal Gear Rising for the first time and I have no idea how to customize Raiden for VR missions. I know how to costumize Raiden within the campaign through the codec and I know that there is a customize option in the main menu under story, but again any changes I make to Raiden's appearance there only apply to the campaing. Is there really no way to change Raiden's appearance in the VR missions specifically? (because I've looked everywhere and I'm out of ideas)

    Looking for a Fanmade Trailer

    I'm hoping someone has it saved or even better if the creator happens to see this...

    There was an amazing fanmade trailer posted here a few years ago, that I'm pretty sure has since been removed from yt.

    It starts with the "After the end of WW2" opening from MGS3 and goes through many epic scenes. About half way through, everything slows down and the song "Funeral" by Band of Horses starts playing. The rest of the video scrolls through a lot of the hardships Snake goes through and is quite beautiful.
