    Has anyone else tried to explain even a simple part of the story while keeping it brief and you end up talking for half an hour?

    Because it happens to me a lot. Thank goodness my friends don't mind, as most of them don't play video games but I have sufficiently hooked them on the story of Metal Gear. It just amazes me that the story is so layered that even small things can be hard to explain without going into the context or the consequences it has. Even without explaining things like who The Boss is or who Snake is, i've made it to the character limit and then some on Instagram just explaining the Peace Walker mech and it's implications on politics.

    Just finished Metal Gear Solid 1

    This is the first MG game that I finish being old enough to understand it. Before that, I played through MGS3 and some of MGSV.

    Anyway, what I want to say is...

    Hey guys metal gear solid 5 is on sale on ps4 and im thinking of buying it. I have never played any stealth game and i dont know if i can make it. I like the concept of the game and i wanna try it.Should i buy it or not? Thanks

    So i have been playing the entire saga from the beginning, and now i'm trying to get my friend to play with me. We have already played 1-3 and we are now playing simultaneously PeaceWalker and 4 on the ps3. I have Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain for the ps3, and i have played it before, but the framerate in the ps3 version made me think of buying the ps4 one. As of now I'm looking to buy used copies of it (in my country buying new games isn't cheap), and I'm at a dilemma: for the same price, i can get Ground Zeroes and Phantom pain used, or buy the Definitive Edition, that has both games. ¿Which option is better?, ¿and why?
