    How does "nano-communication" works?

    So when we talk with someone else over the codec we go into nano-communication, but does that mean we are not actually talking out loud? Is it like "telepathic" communication? I'm specifically talking of mgs2 here btw, because we talk with Ames in a room full of hostages and a guard and somehow no one hears them

    In all the between chapter scenes in mgs4 you see snake, sunny, and octagon just hanging out. They are the only ones on the nomad, so who is the pilot?

    Peace Walker Tapes/Briefing Files

    I've been playing through all the MGS games. Beat the first 4 and now I'm on Peace Walker. I'm getting a bit overwhelmed by all of the tapes to listen to every mission. Since I did decide to replay the first 3 (had played them years ago) before playing 4, PW, and V, I am approaching the story as a bit of a completionist. But these tapes are seriously making me want to stop playing sometimes. Will I miss much by not listening to them? Or are there eventually not so many? I just got to the helicopter fight.
