    Platinum #164: Metal Gear Solid 2 HD!!! This is by far the hardest platinum I’ve ever earned. Dog tags are the hardest collectibles set in any game. Bosses on extreme mode are insane. And the FIVE HUNDRED VR MISSIONS!!! But I got it, I conquered it. Super proud.

    Peace Walker is a good Metal Gear game held back by its terrible boss fights.

    To preface I've been playing the Metal Gear Solid games in order before I play 5 so I can get a feel for the story. I've beat Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater and let me say, those games are extremely fun and well made. I went in with good expectations for Peace Walker and I just felt a bit underwhelmed. The story is fun, except for some forgettable antagonists (at least for me) and the overall gameplay and mother base system is very fun for me to play/manage. But HOLY CRAP the boss fights in this game suck. Did you want to fight tanks? Cause you get a LOT of them in Peace Walker. Did you wanna fight bullet sponges? Cause every single boss in the game tanks ammo. I am really disappointed, especially just coming from a Snake Eater playthrough.

    Yes you read that right. I was in Graniny Gorki Lab and I tranqed a soldier with a handkerchief and threw him into the bathroom stall. Did some more exploring after. Later, I realized that I hadn't shaken his body for items yet, so I returned to the bathroom. Saw the dude sitting on the toilet with ZZZs coming out of his head, a telltale that he was still asleep. I opened the bathroom stall door, the dude rolled out and... his ZZZs disappeared. No amount of kicking could wake him. He was dead. I was flabbergasted especially since I was trying to do a no kill run and quickly reset my game. Has this happened to anyone else?? What a strange glitch.

    Before mgsv big boss seemed more special,he was THE legendary soldier. But now, after seeing that another man was just as capable of a soldier as him,and is actually responsible for part of his legacy, naked seems less impressive/outstanding. Kinda takes his uniqueness away.
