    My R&D level is at 99 and I believe it said "max" when I reached it. Yet I see some development reqs for weapons/items are well above that.

    Is there a known level cap?

    I am currently building my 3rd FOB fwiw.

    Can you put your psp peacewalker save onto the PS3 and use it in the hd edition of peacewalker?

    I know you can transfer psp saves to ps3, but I wanted to know if you could use this feature to get your psp save of peacewalker into the console version of the game.

    New to franchise. playing metal gear solid v, need help. Early sections SPOILERS.

    See I'm not a big metal gear fan and pretty new to franchise, so please don't judge me for dumb questions. My first metal gear was rising revengeance and I loved it, after that I played metal gear solid v: ground zeroes. i loved that but it seemed very very short and because of the ending I wanted to jump into phantom pain.

    So here's where confusion comes in, I started mgsv:pp and couldn't understand anything. Like why am I having a guy throwing tanks at me and whatnot. I stopped playing and was like wtf as I always heard of metal gear as military stealth game or something like that so having a harder time comprehending these. I know this is a dumb question but do I need to play everything in order to enjoy phantom pain, because ground zeroes didn't had something so bizzare like that (I played it couple years ago so don't remember even if it had something but definitely nothing THAT weird)

    I really want to play this game but that thing is just stuck in my mind or will it be explained later and it's supposed to be like that? Please no spoilers. Honestly I don't want to play all the games rn very busy routine of mine.

    So i start playing my norm side ops this and just about everytime. i log in or play a few hours . My staff are dieing off again due head drama? wtf game. i lose 2 to 4 each game time. Is it the bullies again or something ?

    Stuck at Zeke - Need help - MGS Peace walker

    I'm stuck at the Zeke boss fight. All I have left are 4 skull side ops, which are super hard especially the one hits - it sucks! xD

    Any advice? I have not leveled up my motherbase teams yet - will it help if I get all of them to 100?
