I'm curious to know if venom snake ever got the shrapnel removed from his head after the events of Metal Gear Solid TPP but before MGX(1)? I don't see any mention of it. Any Ideas?

He felt like a completely different character More alike Kaz in pw than himself. Even in 3 while he sounds and looks way different than he does in 1,2 and 4 you can still tell its the same character. Calm mannared ocelot doesn't make much sense to me.

Just completed the 9 game Kojima playthrough

Some I've played before, some I haven't or haven't beaten. Great great series. Still my favorite game franchise. I love the story in the early Era of the saga. From the 60s-80s. Things are just simpliar and there's not all this nanomachines shit. Anyways here's a weird list of likes/dislikes from me

best intro/ground zeroes
best cliffhanger/ground zeroes
best ending/ phantom pain (the twist reveal)
best story/ MGS3
best controls/ peace walker and PP
coolest boss/ Sniper wolf
most difficult bosses in general/ peace walker
hardest boss fight/Rex and peace walker
easiest boss fights/MGS4
favorite version of characters/ MGS2
favorite snake / Liquid
best character development/ PAZ
least fun to play/ MGS4
I prefer MG 1 over MG 2
most annoying codecs/ MGS2
GAME I'd play again / mgs1 and GZ
my personal favorite MG game/mgs2 (first one I played)
most annoying bitch / Rose (Meryl was 2nd)
best music/mgs3 and mgs1
best cinematic / Raiden vs Vamp mgs4

You really see a lot of flaws in the story from Kojima, but he has some genius ideas as well like the predictions in MGS2. I didn't like 4 at all. It was really not my thing but I know a lot of people here like it so I'll leave it at that. Oh and I did play portable ops a long time ago but wasn't in my legacy edition to play.
