    I always thought of venom Snake as a ronin, especially after you realize who he is. Thought I'd draw him in that way, a weary ronin. A samurai with no purpose.

    Just started playing MGS5, its my first Metal Gear game. Am I doing something wrong or are missions supposed to take over an hour to do?

    So yeah. I'm not gonna even begin to ask questions about the story of the game, cause I have absolutely no fucking clue whats going on. And I assume I'm gonna have to habe played the rest of the series to understand it. So yeah. I have no fucking idea what the hell is going on, but im still enjoying the ride.

    But like. Can I get some tips lol? I dont know if im playing it wrong or right, whatever but is it normal for missions to be over an hour long? I finished the Honeybee mission and it took me an hour and 15 minutes. And I got a C. I never got caught or spotted until near the final few minutes before getting the Honeybee, so it led to some massive gunfight that I barely survived.

    But I'm playing carefully, spotting enemies and disrupting communications, capturing guys that look interesting etc.

    Also what are the best ways to knock someone out? Sometimes I slam a guy into the ground and he's out cold for ever. Others It feels they wake up in 5 minutes. Im mostly using the tranq pistol or sneaking up and slamming guys into the ground as my most used methods.

    But for someone who's first introduction to Snake was Super smash bros brawl, I just gotta say. What the fuck lol This game is so weird. Flaming man who has better tracking then Nemesis. Creepy psychokinetic kid in a gimp suit. Skull covered zombie demon ninjas. A FLAMING FUCKING WHALE WTF

    Having an absolute blast however

    The whole thing about finding out the Patriots were already dead, and had been for 100 years, that just reads to me like they were strongly teasing a mystery we'd want to see the resolution to.

    What Do You Think Of MGS5?

    It looks like it finally focused more on gameplay instead of relying on story and cutscenes, which is great! But sadly it went with a big open world like every other game made at the time (and still today). It also had regenerating health, weapon carrying limits, and lacked the codec, which is a downer. What do you think of the game?

    Apparently Peace Walker is a bit like it, but is more like the old games. Is that true? Is it gameplay focused? What about Portable Ops?

    A couple questions about FOB

    I just unlocked FOB, I thought I'm gonna have a chance to do Mission 22 in peace, but the game kinda kicks me out of the current ongoing mission and forces me (not really) to do it.

    1. Do the mission in FOB just get into the "core room" ? or should I run around fulton people and resources?

    2. I already did several FOB missions just getting into the "core room" because the GMP reward is pretty big compared to the usual side ops and main missions (~100000-200000 vs ~600000 in 1 successful FOB mission), can I just do FOB for the GMP?

    3. Can I get invaded while offline? Does getting invaded significantly reduce resources (staffs, GMP, and materials) ?

    4. How many FOBs do I need to expand and easily level up departments if my staffs are around A-C and only a couple of S? Can I earn MB without paying? Daily reward is pretty stingy...

    I find FOBs either a walk in the park or stupidly difficult, I just want to do it for the GMP and ignore everything else unless I got the chance to. Any other tips & tricks regarding FOB ?
