    Today is MGS portable ops 14th anniversary. A great game for some, a black sheep for others, but an important game nonetheless

    Theory: There's not gonna be a Liquid Snake, and Big Boss will be the Villain, cause unlike the Games, the Movie doesn't have to create a brother for Solid to fight, since they're not tied to a previous Movie where Big Boss died. Big Boss can be alive in Shadow Moses.

    With hearing the amazing news oscar issac will play snake.. i was thinking if my FAV mgs character was ever to be in a film what actor would i choose, Rebecca Ferguson to play the BOSS would be incredible ..

    If Snake doesn't have an unlit slightly bent cigarette hanging out of his mouth for the entire length of the movie, I'll be a little disappointed

    Now that we have our Solid Snake, if they make a sequel, to keep in line with the character, Raiden should absolutely be played by a relatively unknown, up and coming actor.

    To mirror that Raiden is a rookie agent on his very first mission, and of course the original left field "who the heck is this guy" that MGS2 threw at the time, Raiden needs to be played by an unknown actor taking on their first big film. This would act as a nice little meta-nod as well as give a new deserving acting a very prolific first major role.

    For anyone who is still slightly hesitant about the Metal Gear Solid movie in light of yesterday's casting of Oscar Isaac as Solid Snake, I'd recommend watching this interview the director Jordan Vogt-Roberts did back in 2018 with Collider. I can honestly listen to him gush about MGS all day.
