    [MGSV Spoilers] Pills in the Bathroom

    I was recently visiting some retrospectives of MGSV and something that completely flew over my head in my playthrough was the loose tabs of medication sitting on the shelf above the sink.

    While I knew what these were, I did some googling around to see if anyone had discussed this little tid-bit shown to the player. I found nothing, so I decided to share my own insights. As seen sitting on the shelf, there is a blue/white capsule and a blue (could be white because of the light) tab.

    These two medications respectively (from my personal knowledge) are Prozac (fluoxetine) and Adderall (amphetamines). Might be completely out of left field and a bit of a stretch since I couldn't find anyone else mention it but, I think these two medications fit the game's entire aesthetic, theme, and vibe.

    Prozac is used to treat depression, anxiety, OCD, and serotonin issues. Adderall is used to treat ADHD. I don't think Venom has ADHD, but the former medication fits his situation perfect. The amphetamine tabs however seem to fit the theme, and history, of soldiers taking amphetamines to focus/concentrate/shed off emotions to get the job done. However, I could be completely off-base here and these medicine tabs could be something different or just made-up for the scene. Buuuuuuuuuuuut, I suspect that they are most likely these two - unless I completely forgot about something.

    I don't really have much more to share, I just noticed this visual tid-bit and had seen no other discussion or comments on it anywhere on the net (maybe I'm just a bad searcher). Hopefully, any other observant players who wondered what those are might find insight here.
