    Doubt about mission 46 in MGSV

    What are the real requisites to unlock the last mission in MGSV? I've read that you have to finish all misisons, listen all tapes and obligatory side ops but I've just done mission 44 and the 46 is already unlocked prior to doing 45. It's just a doubt.

    Hello all, question for ya: If I've never played any MGS game before at all, where should I start? I know it's got a complicated plot spanning generations of consoles.. so do I need to go back to #1 on PS1? Would that just be unplayably dated at this point in 2020? Should I grab MGSV: Definitive Edition and start with 5? And if I do that, should I start with Phantom Pain or Ground Zeroes? Thanks!

    Advice for The End

    Hey everyone. I've now made it to the The End on my Foxhound run and I'm really struggling. I want to actually fight him to get the nagant but I'm super stuck.

    1. Are all of his sniping locations accesible to walk up? It seems like some aren't but maybe I just didn't find the path.
    2. How are you supposed to locate him in the west? The waterfall drowns everything out. He always gets the drop on me in this location.
    3. Is there any other way of tracking other than the Mic and his parrot? I'm playing on a PS2 and the graphics are super blurry so I can't see him with thermals.

    I currently have big boss on MGS4, MGS1, and all S ranks in peace Walker and MGS5. This has easily been the most frustrating one.

    Just had a glitch in MGR

    During the last combat section of Mission 5, I just kep using the Sai against that big robot, untill they targeted onto nothing and I just flew up to the top of the map for 5 seconds before falling back down inside of a building a few meters away from the end point. It was wacky.

    If this could be reproduced, this could be big for speedrunning.

    Is it important to know past game lore before playing it? I've never played a metal gears game but it's on sale for pretty cheap and I've heard good things about it, thanks in advance to anyone who can answer my question.
