    After Snake beats Liquid he has a few months to just do whatever. Everything he needed to do was done. Big Boss and Otacon say Snake can now just live the rest of his life in peace. So what do you think he did?

    Idk why, but I imagine him going to a Denny's. It's not a joke or anything, like "Ha Ha, Snake in Denny's. What'll he do now?" It's just that Snake going to a Denny's just feels right.

    I've just completed mgs2, mgs3, Mgs4, and mgsv for the first time so forgive me if I'm confused. To my understanding Big Boss believed in an outer heaven. A nation by soldiers, for soldiers; the war economy. Major Zero believed in information control by the Patriots; ie GW. And solid snake believed in neither of those. He believed that soldiers were tools of war. Is this correct or have I been misunderstanding?

    A question on staff limit...

    I just reached the staff limit and the game is auto dismissing people to respect the limit, I haven't gotten far enough into the story to get access to FOB content but I only have a few missions to go before that opens up.

    What I want to know is when the game auto dismisses does it take the crappiest people in the waiting room and boot them? Or does it boot the personnel that were awarded or newly acquired? I'm hoping it's the first one I don't want to manually go through this massive list.

    Where'd they get all their money in MGS 4?

    Liquid Ocelot ran Outer Heaven, which was a parent company to 4 very large PMCs, that gave him all his money. But what did Snake and Otacon do? Even back in MGS 2, where Snake's equipment was mostly manufactured by Otacon, even getting the materials for the stuff would be expensive. They're just one tiny little crew against Metal Gears.

    But in MGS 4 they have an airplane. A presumably Ai controlled airplane because nobody is ever shown flying it. How much does one of those cost? And jet fuel is expensive as shit, and they need large amounts of it to run their dummy thicc plane. And Snake's gear is expensive too. Otacon found a tranq pistol with a built in suppressor that wasn't ID tagged, along with a 1911 that isn't tagged. Those weapons must be worth at least $5k for each of them, and since the Patriots don't want people using guns they can't control they're incredibly hard to find. Otacon even talks about how hard it was finding the operator because it wasn't thrown out when the tags were implemented. That probably raises their prices to at least 20 thousand for each.

    The Solid Eye and Mk 2 were built by Otacon. They probably cost $100-$500 at most, whatever. But the octo camo suit? The octo camo costs at least a million dollars. Sure Otacon hacked it out of DARPA, making the R&D costs much less, but that design was still a prototype, meaning Otacon had to finish the suit. There's probably tens, maybe hundreds of failed octo camo suits around the Nomad. I don't know how the Octo Camo works, but if I had to guess it probably has thousands of sensors on every inch of it, then somehow it copies it onto the entire suit. That can't be cheap. It also doubles as a muscle suit, which are already a presumably incredibly expensive suit because almost nobody uses them.

    There's also a helicopter. This has a machine gun on it because fuck you. That's a few hundred thousand, maybe a million. Snake's smoking probably costs thousands. If we go by the lowest price of a pack of cigs in America, which is about five dollars, along with Snake smoking like train from the 1800's; they've probably spent less on the solid eye and Mk 2-3 than on Snake's smokes.

    There is no way that a 2 person group of a weeaboo and the greatest soldier to ever live can make that much money. Just no way. Unless Snake's been robbing banks since MGS 2, they probably stole 90% of everything they own.

    A 'This is War' AMV that seems to have vanished from Youtube.

    I was a huge fan of a certain MGS AMV of 20 seconds to Mars's song 'This is War'. There's several AMVs to that song, but the one I loved seems to have disappeared. The most noteworthy unique part of it is that in the bridge, right before the final chorus, it had every character saying 'snake'. Does anybody have it, or know where I can find it? Thanks.

    MGS2 VR Missions with a broken controller

    Do you know what happens when You start going out more and you let your siblings with your PS3? They mess up the controller. It looks and Functions fine. Except one little thing. The square button has become very sensitive and "sticky". Like, it gets stuck and it doesn't pop out immediately. The worst part is i left the vr missions unfinished and now that i want to finish them I can't. In mgs1 snake hold up he will shoot instead of holding up the guard. Just wanted to share my frustration.

    Strange MGS2 spotting/getting shot issue, any help?

    Hey guys, i'm not sure what's going on, but every time I get spotted or shot at in MGS2, Raiden behaves as though i've pressed any random number of buttons on my controller. I've just retested this, and just now when I got spotted by a soldier, at the exact same moment Raiden performed a cartwheel and simultaneously unequipped his weapon AND gadget. This same process occurs 90% of the time when getting shot, as though the game is doing russian roulette with all the buttons.

    Anyone know WTF is going on here? Is this normal? I can't find any other information on it online. I was thinking it could be some anti-fraud technique, but i'm playing on an authentic version of the game. Happy to post video of this.

    Just bought MGSV for the 3rd time and dammit I really wish Konami would’ve let him finish the story and the game as a whole, everything about the gameplay and mechanics are absolutely perfect
