    [MGSV Spoilers] Can someone please explain the Solid snake killing Big Boss in the original game.

    At the end of MGSV, Venom Snake and Big Boss seem to be friends. However, in the original Metal Gear, Big Boss sends Solid Snake to kill Venom Snake. I never played this game so I do not know the answer why he would do this. Also I know that Snake is with Big Boss when he dies in MGS4, so when did snake realize that he killed the wrong person? Thanks!

    I loved this game but I quit after playing like 150 hrs. I should check what chapter I'm on to see how much I even have left. I know I got to the weird shit about the headphones in their chest, the fire boss, and probably a ways past that.

    I've heard the story wasn't really finished, and I wasn't really playing for the story anyways, so I never felt compelled to finish.

    Now at the end of the gen I'm trying to finish my backlog. Anybody got encouragement to finish this game? Is the ending not as bad as they say?

    Any Peace Walker 100% save files someone can share?

    This is so hard to find I even checked the nextgen forums with no luck it seems they were taken down. Does anyone have a US PS3 save file for the Metal Gear Peace Walker HD collection that is 100% cleared and all items unlocked? I have it on my psp but not for the HD collection which I want to replay. I have bruteforce to reallocate my profile to the same so that it can work on my console.

    If not is there a link or source that is good that has savefiles for metal gear? gamefaqs isnt great for ps3 games due to the profile lock but bless bruteforce for doing a work around this lock

    What is Metal Gear Solid 1 on ps3 like?

    So the only way to play mgs1 without emulators is get a ps1 or get a ps3 and I have a ps3 but I'm wondering, is it worth getting a copy? Is it updated to fit the whole screen (16:9 aspect ratio)? Or does it use the old black bars on the side of the screen like games of that time typically do? I've never played a ps1 game on ps3 before.

    Does it look EXACTLY the same on ps3 as it does on ps1 or is it slightly upscaled?

    Basically, have any of you guys ever tried it and is it a good experience?
