    Knowing what we know about how Zero came to be in the wheelchair thanks to backstory from The Phantom Pain, it's terrifying to know that if he somehow muttered a single word around Big Boss and Snake, the English strain of the vocal chords parasite would have been se loose on the world

    So, I am stuck on this mission. I don't have any powerful weapons developed, or even the battle armor, since I wanted to do the whole game sneakily. Well, as soon as I realize that you can't do the mission sneakily, I went on the internet to look for a way out, since, you know, you cant just leave the mission normally from the menu. And I found out how.

    There is supposed to be a materials container on the side of the building, which you could use to extract yourself out. Well, there isn't a one for me. So, my question is, can you extract yourself out any other way?

    I really don't want to do this mission, I have tried so many times dying over and over and have almost broken stuff. I simply don't have the gear for this mission.

    Regarding mission 18 Blood Runs Deep

    I finished the mission last night while doing a rerun. Right at the end, when I had to put the kids inside the chopper, the enemy helicopter found me. I used Pequod's machine gun and I did not get the kids into the chopper, and right after destroying it, Pequod left the ground with the kids still outside. However, I still finished the mission (S!).

    Any idea if this was a bug? I don't remember what I did last time I played it.

    PS. I did yell at the screen because I thought I had failed the mission. Felt stupidly happy after realising I did not.

    Kaz...kinda doesn't make sense

    So, after learning that he'd been duped by Big Boss at the end of MGSV he dedicated his life to helping out his offspring/venom... in vengeance? I get that there was a "prophesy" or whatever but it doesn't make sense on multiple levels...

    Firstly, He himself duped Big Boss by working with Cipher... maybe even exasperating conditions that brought down MSF. He was totally under-handing him and Big Boss still accepted him back without fault...

    And the only way Big Boss could escape cipher after the events of Ground Zeroes was to have a body double and ensure that cipher didn't know about it... so he couldn't trust Kaz because of his connection with CIPHER.....

    And judging by Kaz's reaction... he was totally right to not trust him. "Big Boss can go to hell"? He flipped on him that quickly?

    Then it doesn't make sense to help venom because... venom directly helps Big Boss! A lot!... and if he knows about venom than in MG1 when he's helping Solid Snake... But also helping Venom?

    I get that it was a bold attempt at fitting everything together.. but Kaz is my favorite so it kinda sucks... also why did Sigint turn greedy?

    Why is big boss so respected?

    Why is big boss so admired by soldiers in the metal gear universe? Dude gets treated like a deity in the millitary world. I know he had impressive feats ( snake eater, peace walker, countless missions,etc...) but honestly there are other characters with feats as impressive (if not more so) than big boss´s. Solid snake for example ( dude took outer heaven as a damn rookie!) yet he does not seem to be half as glorified as big boss is.

    Booted up TPP recently, and redid an early mission for the first time since I first did it. This game’s replay value is insane. C2W is a great mission, but after learning certain mechanics, it’s even better.
