Posted: 04 Feb 2020 05:40 AM PST I'm not sure if it's just me, Metal Gear on MSX is fun game don't get me but sometime it's so annoying. Like with dumb stuff like punch a certain wall in the basement to get a uniform or calling a certain frequency to open a door without giving you a hint (Unless I'm just dumb and didn't realize). But still for the most part fun. [link] [comments]
You know what would've been really cool for mgs 4? Posted: 04 Feb 2020 08:30 AM PST 2 player mode, not like a 2 snakes thing but the Metal Gear fight and the fight with ocelot, as soon as I finished mgs4 that's what I thought. Opinions? [link] [comments]

Posted: 04 Feb 2020 11:38 AM PST I was thinking how cool it would be if The MGS movie was actually a planned trilogy. The first movie would be Snake Eater. The second one would be an amalgam of Peace Walker and Phantom Pain. Ending the trilogy would be an adaptation of MGS1. Obviously it's a lot of story and lore to cover, but I would be so stoked. Posted: 04 Feb 2020 12:25 PM PST That's what ocelot said to fox just after getting his hand cut off. How would you interpret that choice of words? Obviously he knew fox when no one else did. So perhaps a little foreshadowing or possible slip of the tongue after the shock of losing a hand? Thoughts? Opinions? [link] [comments]

Hidden feature/Easter egg possibly Posted: 04 Feb 2020 11:00 AM PST Hey all, I was playing mgsv tpp a few days ago and during the intro sequence in the hospital where you need to move your head I thought I would troll the doctor by not listening. I kept this up for about 10 minutes to see what would happen. Since nothing was happening I decided to troll him again by looking down instead of up; however, my character decided to look up when I moved down on the analog stick. It stayed this way and after the cutscene I looked in the settings and my up and down controls were inverted. Prior to starting the options weren't inverted and before the part where he said to move your head the controls were normal. My guess is that they anticipated that someone might do that and decided to invert the controls. Haven't retested this and I'm also not sure if the waiting part is necessary for this to happen maybe you just need to look down I'm not sure. Anyways, I thought I would share this since it was pretty neat. I haven't been able to see this online before but people might have already found this out. Edit: I actually just found someone else mention this on reddit too before me: https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingDetails/comments/8lheun/in_mgsvtpp_when_the_game_asks_you_to_look_up_both/?utm_source=amp&utm_medium=&utm_content=post_title [link] [comments]
MGSV. 30 minutes of tracking a convoy, and then... A boss fight with skulls with no checkpoint! Posted: 04 Feb 2020 12:42 PM PST What the hell is this game thinking it is? Did Kojima design only "happy paths" assuming everybody can follow his script on the first try? Repeating the same sequences is such a slog and artificially optimizing my moves to do something in 5 minutes instead of 10 is taking all the fun. It's so frustrating, it's like the game says "don't make mistakes or GTFO". Never seen such egocentric design. [link] [comments]
Fortune deserved better (SPOILERS) Posted: 03 Feb 2020 09:09 PM PST The fact that fortune grew up thinking Solid Snake killed her father when it was ocelot the whole time is depressing. Not to mention that everyone she knows and loves dies except for her, and when she tried to get revenge on ocelot, it was too late. She deserved better. [link] [comments]
