Posted: 15 Jan 2020 11:40 AM PST The crazy gravity bomb things were added as the 2019 update right? I mean the dark matter generator. Does anyone think we'll get a 2020 update that adds maybe a new character or gear for FOB mode like the previous years? Maybe something cool for the 5th anniversary? What do you think? What would you want? [link] [comments]

MGS2 Raiden isn't a "bad" character Posted: 15 Jan 2020 09:21 AM PST The only reason that I can agree that Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 2 was unlikeable because I did consider him to be whiny and just act childish at times. But the most common thing that I would hear from others that they didn't like him was the fact that he is a Snake replacement/copy for the entire 2nd half of the game and the fact that you play as Snake only for about 20 minutes. I do want to make an opinion that MGS2 version of Raiden is not a bad character just simply because he replaces Snake. Yes, I do think his personality is something I don't like about him but saying that Raiden is hated because you play as him for the rest of the game. I can agree that he is a slight copy of Snake but with a different backstory. And I do actually like Raiden's backstory as I did find it interesting, like any other character from the games. And I grow to like him more once I know more about him when MGS4 and MGR came out. But I don't think his MGS2 version should be hated on just simply because he is not Snake. [link] [comments]
Posted: 15 Jan 2020 09:15 AM PST So after a friend gave me a 3d printed solid eye prototype he was making for functional purpose but had used a cosplay model instead so he gave it to me. After receiving the solid eye I decided i wanted to make one of my own for cosplay purposes and then I found this video where some japanese dude made a working one. I haven't found much from it but is there any chance someone found plans for this one online? https://youtu.be/jPXO9Vn5038 [link] [comments]

Posted: 15 Jan 2020 06:08 AM PST The whole design of the Phantom cig is fucking goofy. Venom has basicly a fat vape that he "lights" with the idroid. Its absolutely retarded and I love it. [link] [comments]
We are being lied to about Raiden and I can prove it! Posted: 15 Jan 2020 09:03 AM PST Raiden has a more important role in the series than most people realize. His importance is summed up in the fact that he is possibly one of, if not the only access point to The AI Patriots. Solidus hints at this in MGS2 right after the Rays malfunction when he says: Solidus: Are you awake yet Jack. GW, the Arsenal AI is corrupted beyond repair. I admit I underestimated you. I'll squeeze the answer out of you instead, my son. Fortune: What do you hope to hear, you know he doesn't know anything. Solidus: It's not him I want the answers from. Fortune: What do you mean? Solidus: That's not your business! Two important things to note is that Raiden doesn't know the Patriot information Solidus is trying to get, but Solidus still believes he can access it from Raiden. How he can access it is the million dollar question. The answer comes right before Solidus and Raiden fight in this exchange: Solidus: I have other reasons for wanting you dead. The clues to the Patriots inside GW have been erased, but there are other traces........................INSIDE YOU!!!😱. Raiden: What!!!!😱. Solidus: The information is being carried by the nanomachines in your cerebral cortex, and throughout the neural network they formed. See it here below at 18:00 in: https://youtu.be/gR3fWI_VGmY Key points here are that the information is physically inside Raiden and Solidus believes he has to kill Raiden to access it. Also Raiden doesn't have access to this info even though it's inside him.🤠Then MGS4 comes along and Eva states this about Raiden: Eva: It was when I met him that I finally discovered the location of Big Boss.....It was in the data he obtained from GW. See it here below: 5:49 - 6:24 https://youtu.be/qJgPhxBXc3M Most people think the "data Raiden obtained from GW" is the disc, but here is why it isn't. For one Snake, not Raiden had the disc after MGS2. The disc had been examined and no record of Big Boss' location was reported on it. Most importantly however is that Raiden did not obtain the disc from GW the AI. He obtained it from the president. He was not inside GW when this happened so it can't be said that he obtained the disc from inside GW( a physical location). The only interpretation left is that he received the data from GW communicating to the nanomachines inside his body. Raiden doesn't have access to this information though its inside him. What's key is that Eva says SHE discovers Big Boss location when she met Raiden. It's not said that Raiden relays this information because Raiden doesn't have access to it. How does she access Raiden nanomachines to get this info? 🤔. Note that Solidus thought he had to kill Raiden's to access this info.😱 We see Raiden in MGS4 and we are told that he was taken captive trying to rescue Big Boss. We are told that his entire body from lower jaw down was excised by the Patriots and he was fitted with an exoskeleton. We are told that that his nanomachines were then removed from his system to free him of Patriot control. Wouldn't it make more sense that his nanomachines were removed from his system so they could be used to access Patriot data that was inside him to find Big Boss' location. Isn't it more likely that the process of accessing this data is why his body had to be removed. Eva's body language when speaking about her interaction with Raiden shows that she is hiding something. Very important to note is that every picture we have of Raiden rescuing Sunny show that he was cybernetic during that rescue. Raiden rescued Sunny before Big Boss so why was he a shown as a cyborg then when he only became a cyborg after while rescuing Big Boss🤫. We are being lied to plain and simple. And I know why.
