    Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fans take pride in their inside jokes and references.

    But I've been recently getting into the saga and I swear 4 out of every 5 dialogue lines ring a bell from youtube comments, memes and jokes from people I've met on the internet, all stuff that I only get now (popular ones being "the memes", "snaaaaakeeee" "boss get down"etc...)

    Yesterday I even saw a comment on a Red Dead Redemption 2 video that said engravings, give you no tactical advantage what so ever, LIKE HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL GET THAT???

    how many metal gear references do we miss daily?

    I wanted to call attention to the MGSV Original Soundtrack by Ludvig Forsell since I thought it was fantastic, but unfortunately it's difficult to appreciate and even notice in the actual game. When I went to listen to it on YouTube I was amazed at just how much I liked some of the soundtracks, I was just like "Damn I wish this was in a better game."

    The ones I recommend listening to on YouTube or something would be: Beautiful Mirage, Heaven's Divide Instrumental, A Phantom Pain, Behind the Mirror, Kaz it's me, The Last Road, Regret and Acceptance, Peace Walker Events

    Some of those are Ground Zeroes as well. Bonus: Nitrogen, it's a tape that's unlocked in the game that I only listened to recently and now it's my favorite

    What is the recommended order for those who played MGSV?

    I know I can find the order of the games on the internet but I'd like to ask for advice.

    I just completed ground zeroes + the phantom pain.

    So I don't know what to do next. Should I stick to the chronological order or to the release order? I want to watch cutscenes/movies on Youtube since I own only PS4 and can't play other games. I'm just very interested in the plot.

    At first, I thought it's better to watch in chronological order so I don't get lost in this difficult story. But there's a disadvantage of playing in chronological order: the whole series was meant to be played in a release order...I bet there are some references. Like...maybe the 'Snake Eater' has some important references which will understand only those who played Metal Gear (1) before that. So I'm kinda worried about it. But at the same time, I think it's easier to be confused and lost in the story if playing in a release order.

    So what should I do? Should I watch MG1, MG2, MGS, MGS2, MGS3, PW, MGS4;

    or a chronological order: MGS3, PW, MG1, MG2, MGS, MGS2, MGS4?

    And since I'm going to WATCH it on Youtube...I guess I have to find the tapes for every game as well, right? I hope that won't be a problem to find that on the internet (maybe Youtube has it too). In the Phantom Pain I found tapes being so useful and important...I was thinking 'why did they put such crucial information in the optional tapes and not in the cutscenes?'. Are tapes as important in other games as it is in the Phantom Pain?

    MGSV ground zeroes S rank

    Questions for the badasses who have already done 100%. 1. Does the main mission give any extra rewards for an S rank as opposed to an A rank?

    1. Do you only need to extract prisoners and persons of interest once, or once per difficulty level?

    What do you get from the side and extra ops for s rank? Is it just weapons and trials?

    I'm at 64% and just need to beat "destroy AA emplacements" on hard to get ZoE2 tape.

    Just thought I'd let you know. Random etymological facts provided by Solid Snake, in case you ever meet a Yupik and need to ask them about wolves, now you know what the correct word is.

    MGS2 Bug, equipments tab won't turn down

    So, I finished the Tanker Incident without any issues, but when I started the Plant one, the equipments tab showed up and now she won't close for anything. I already have V's fix installed and I'm using Dualshock3. I checked if it's a problem in my controller with https://html5gamepad.com/ but he's working normally

    Edit: Just found out that L1 + R1 closes the equips tab, now I think that it's a problem within the keybinding

    Finished 1 last weekend! And now I'm Just finishing up Sons of Liberty and starting 3 right after!

    I started playing after i finished death stranding since thought it was a masterpiece and i wondered what i was missing out on!

    and I'm so happy i did, these games are wonderful, i laugh, i get teary, they are almost perfect games.

    I've been wanting to play MGR for quite awhile now but I can't because I don't want to end up spoiling MGS4 for myself. I do know some things about MGS4 like Old Snake, Cyborg Raiden, Sunny and Ocelot hypnotising himself but I'd rather not know more about it because I would prefer to experience it but I can't cause I don't have a PS3. So my question is, does MGR spoil a lot of the events in Guns of The Patriots? Because if it does then I'll just have to wait before I can play it
