    I've been curious about this game for years. It's set between MGS1 and MGS2 and looks pretty good for an N-Gage game. Finally got an old phone and hacked it into shape to play it. I had low expectations, but it actually feels like a proper Metal Gear game, albeit VERY cut down to fit on a dumbphone. Hope it gets emulated somehow one day.     I have a free spot for the side op and I only have misson 42,44,48-50 left. However the side-op is not showing up, and I have completed the previous,107. The area of where it was supposed-to show up is clear. Did I miss something or did the game just glitch?

    Should I get a PS1 with MGS 1 or the MGS HD Collection for Xbox 360?

    I have a PS4 and an Xbox 360. I got MGS V for PS4, and now I want to try other MGS games.

    I'm conflicted between getting a PS1 with MGS or getting the MGS HD Collection for Xbox 360.

    I don't have the budget to get a PS2 because I want the PS2 Slim, which is $70 at my local retro game store. I can't afford that.

    PS1 Slim: $30

    Memory card: $5

    MGS: $15

    MGS 3 is bullying me

    I started playing Subsistance on ps2 yesterday for the first time on normal, the only other MGS game i've played before is MGS 2 on easy and oh man everything takes me forever to do. I always try sneaking and get halfway through a stage and end up getting caught and having to CQC roll through all the guards until I'm out of there. Also just took 30 minutes to beat The Pain without the thermal goggles and I feel like I shouldn't be having this much trouble. Despite everything I'm loving the game and can see why all lot of people have it as they're favorite. Thanks to this sub for putting me on to it!

    Items select butons pressing by itselves (METAL GEAR SOLID 1)

    Hey guys! I'm currently playing metal gear solid 1 on my psvita (the ps3 version). All was working well until the items select butons started to be pressed by itself. (the one that you can selec guns and the one that you can select items). How can I fix this?

    Metal Gear Solid 3 HD - ENDING in Native 4K (RPCS3 Custom Build) - RPCS3 now allows the entire game to be played on PC in 4k without crashes, though with some slowdown and rare visual glitches still present.

    And Jesus, if hearing Keifer wasn't the biggest bout of cognitive dissonance I've ever experienced. I mean, I've only almost finished all that sideops on GZ, and sure he does a great job, but I just can't help but feel genuinely ripped off that we didn't get David doing it. I would love it if David pulled a twin snakes-like stunt and rerecorded all of Keifer's lines and put it out as a mod. After just finishing Peace Walker for the first time as well on the weekend, David's performance was absolutely incredible. I can only imagine how much of a trip it would've been for the rest of the cast members to work with Keifer instead. And also how shitty Keifer probably felt. And I mean this has probably been discussed to death, but I just wanted to share my thoughts on it. Kojima definitely made a huge mistake I think, but it is what it is.
