    ...admittedly, I must be a bit of a dumbass because I still don't quite understand the ending.

    That being, why does Raiden defeating Armstrong and Metal Gear Excelsus save the day? Wasn't Armstrong's plan already well underway by the time they fought?

    IMHO MGSV is ambiguous and facicuous and the perfect open ending to this franchise. Nothing in this game can be trusted.

    Peace Walker: Are EO Important?

    Hey I'm playing Peace Walker for the first time now on PS3. Are the EO very important to complete? I mainly only want to complete the main story of the game and won't complete many extra ops unless they are important. But wanted to know right now if they're important so I can do them slowly throughout the game instead of doing all of them at the end for grinding or something like that.

    In MGS3 Tatyana tricks Snake into believing that she was EVA. Snake asked her for the passcode (Who are the patriots? lalilulelo) but she never gave it to him, because she didn't know it, but he ended up trusting her anyway.

    Why did he never confirm this passcode with her to see if she was really EVA? If it was because EVA supposedly didn't know the passcode then why would he have ever trusted her to have been EVA? Did she ever say why she wasn't given the passcode even though she showed up to meet him instead of ADAM? Was there a reason the real EVA wouldn't be able to contact ADAM for the passcode?

    MGSV PS5 or Xbox Series X?

    I have the definitive edition on PS5, but it's my understanding that last gen games generally run better on the series X with boosted performance and framerate. Can anyone confirm any differences with this game on next gen consoles? Thanks!

    Im playing on Xbox one and I recently picked up the HD collection with Sons of liberty and Snake Eater, I got to the part where you meet with ADAM but meet EVE for the first time. In the ensuing gameplay sequence I alerted the guards and I tried to fight back by clicking in L3 for auto aim but it felt really clunky and hard to control, stopping right in my tracks and trying to aim in first person was a pain too. Any advice with combat? I did try some CQC but I felt like a headless chicken running around lol, thanks guys.

    What MGS should I buy to initiate in the saga?

    I have a Ps3 and a Ps4 and I want to start playing Metal Gear Solid but I don't know what game to start with. I've heard there's a legacy collection for Ps3 which includes at least MGS 1, 2 ,3 and 4, but I'm not completely sure. What do you recommend me?
