    Metal gear has one of the most universally praised dubs

    With voice acting English dub catches flack in comparison to the Japanese alternative but I have never heard anyone dislike any voice actor in this series. Its up there with Yu Yu Hakusho and Cowboy Bebop as beloved dubs. Actors like Quinton Flynn and Cam Clarke always make me think of their roles in Metal gear when I hear them in other projects. Metal gear in general always has had strong voice acting back when voice acting could be hit or miss for games and anime.

    MGSV: what is the max level you can get as offline?

    as i understand, fobs increase your staff capacity and add all kinds of extra bonuses. i'm offline, so i'm just restricted to mother base, and i'm becoming worried. my levels are at a little less than 40 for all teams despite being at capacity, and all my platforms are 3/4. Also i still don't get S rank soldiers in the field, and I very rarely find a++. what is the upper limit for staff, for an offline player?
